What Will You Be Doing?

Provide support for company marketing initiatives, including, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media. In this role the Intern will develop real-world skills in multiple digital marketing channels, social media content creation, campaign planning and execution, marketing analytics, and working effectively in a fast-paced business environment. The intern will gain exposure to current industry trends, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and learn basic and intermediate use of enterprise-level applications.

Essential Functions

Support promotional team within email, web, social, and digital advertising channels.
Create social media content including photography, video capture, copy, and blog articles.
Process daily promotional campaigns in email and web channels.
Build contests within our content platform tool.
Provide QA support for campaigns and new marketing projects.
Collaborate with marketing, customer loyalty, partnerships, and creative teams in the support of Frontier’s promotional initiatives.
Assist with data tracking and reporting on campaign performance.

Other Functions

A hunger for new knowledge will allow the Intern to pick up tactical and technical skills from team members.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled currently, or a graduate of an appropriate communications or marketing program.
Must be an active user of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media platforms.
Proficient with iPhone/Android phones and video/photo content capturing.
Working knowledge of Windows/PC based computers, and Microsoft Office product skills including Excel.

Physical Effort

Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.

Close Supervision: The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedures and receives detailed instructions. Work is checked frequently.
