Job overview

The Ambassador Platform (TAP) Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting TAP platform
volunteers to drive student engagement. This role offers the intern an opportunity to learn about the
educational recruitment business. This role will be instrumental in increasing our Ambassador Platform
student engagement results and will assist in making the platform a more effective space for prospective
student questions and conversations. This is a part time position (approximately 10 hours per week).

Key accountabilities and duties

Support TAP volunteers in uploading content and questions
Assist in selection process and onboarding of new ambassadors
Manage TAP ambassador interactions on private and group chats and approve content posts
Participate in regular meetings with TAP volunteers to guide content, build our FAQ’s to promote
