Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 + variable bonus

Description

We’re looking for Marketing Cloud leaders and specialists who can deliver complex Marketing Cloud projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Be a professional in the Digital Marketing domain and have deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Having a good understanding of other marketing solutions such as Pardot, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, Evergage, etc. is a plus
• Be responsible for functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training and defining support procedures
• Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and marketing technology partners
• Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create amazing solutions
• Participate in compiling industry research, thought leadership and proposal materials for business development activities

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a bachelor`s degree in a related discipline and must submit a resume
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider MarTech ecosystem
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud solutions such as customer journey management, email, mobile, social media, web personalization, content creation and content management
• Experienced designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager) is a plus
• Experienced delivering projects using Agile based methodologies is a plus
• Marketing Cloud and other marketing technology certifications are a plus
