Description:
This internship a temporary (Part-time) paid position and is not benefits-eligible.
This position will apply a combination of Linux software and custom scripts to analyze data from high-dimensional Immunological assays. The intern will work under the supervision of a bioinformatician but should have the ability to work independently and must be able to manage their time across multiple concurrent projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with researchers to identify requirements, and analyze and translate requirements into software specifications.
Identify and use existing tools in an innovative fashion to accomplish goals and address systems, data analysis, and data presentation challenges
Design, implement, test, deploy, and document software to meet requirements.

The successful candidate must be currently attending school (High School, Undergrad or Graduate work). Experience using command line software and Python or R required.
