People and Culture Manager:

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Human Resources Team in this leadership opportunity.

The People and Culture Manager functions as a Human Resources Generalist and manages a variety of HR functions in accordance with state and federal employment laws, and within applicable Four Seasons policies and procedures. The role will have direct involvement in every aspect of the People and Culture function, including: benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees. Occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Two to four years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other hotel/resort.
  • College education or equivalent experience required.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; WorkDay preferred.
  • Mastery of the English language in all forms.
  • Bilingual language skills; Spanish speaker ideal.
  • Knowledge of labor laws: Local, State (CO) and Federal.
  • US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
