The role & purpose:

We`re excited to be looking for a new teammate to help us continue to build and evolve ITB`s Influencer offering! The role will report to the Talent + Influence lead in North America but will work closely with the Talent + Influence team in London.

The focus for this role will be to lead all aspects of local and/or global Influencer briefs, setting the standard and future strategy for a data driven practice and ensuring our clients achieve their goals.

You will apply your expert knowledge of all social platforms, to identify the best platforms for Clients, audience mapping and audience identification, and important metrics.

This role`s success will come from building a client base and driving revenue by being involved in pitches, strategy, ideation, and social content strategy. This role would suit a highly results-oriented, forward-thinking teammate, with a desire to build & grow a team over the next 6-12 months.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure innovation and growth remains at the forefront and integral to the influencer marketing delivery of ITB – from new platforms/trends/analysis and internal education and operation
  • Develop social and digital ideas; actively participating in thought starters and strategic digital brainstorms
  • Actively pursue, seek and pitch new business, respond to RFI`s and procurement requests
  • Lead the development and execution of influencer strategies for clients
  • Operationalize and establish processes for scaling the Influencer marketing practice at ITB alongside key internal team
  • Own the ITB influencer measurement suite: including modeling, establishing Key Performance Indexes, demographics analysis, measurement, calculating return on investment and real-time reporting
  • Develop influencer creative briefs for campaigns ranging from experiential to seeding, making recommendations to both clients and influencers
  • Stay informed on platform and legal updates. Ensure the team is compliant across all legal requirements, privacy, brand and platform restrictions
  • Oversee timelines and onsite operations, content capture, approvals and timely posting of all influencer content
  • Collaborate with account leads, creatives, and the account teams to develop marketing campaigns that are motivated by social and digital insights
  • Craft savvy recommendations for client initiatives and execute paid social campaigns, audience mapping, targeting, and measurement strategies
  • Ensure detailed recaps of campaign activations, providing clients with meaningful results and recommendations

About you:

You are well-versed in social trends across global markets, you have a passion for influencer marketing with a pulse on pop culture and what`s trending digitally

  • Extensive experience achieved within an influencer agency or within a digital function of a Brand
  • Advanced proficiency with digital analytics and social tools
  • Used campaign tracking and research tools and can adeptly synthesize insights from data
  • Can demonstrate your experience with digital strategy
  • Great teammate with strong leadership skills, encouraging confidence in the team
  • A detailed approach to solving problems
