Administrative Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

Summary: Looking to hire a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to help support a dynamic and on-the-go CEO who is based in Austin, but spends a large amount of time traveling.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management- able to make changes quickly and accurately
  • Manage Personal Vendors
  • Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to organize appointments and travel
  • Able to follow multiple lines of communication- email, Slack, phone, etc.
  • Maintain database of personal information such as: logins, vendors, contacts
  • Arranges both personal and professional events at CEO’s home
  • Organize daily lunch
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Plan and coordinate travel as well as stay up-to-date with COVID/travel protocols
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing social media marketing and management of marketing/events. Including creation of marketing materials.
  • Assist in preparation and writing of marketing materials, press releases, and award submissions.

The Ideal Candidate would include:

  • Have a background, focus and/or interest in advertising and marketing
  • Have heightened ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Be detail-oriented, VERY ORGANIZED, responsible and self-motivated with excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suit, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are mandatory.
  • Be discreet and confidential
  • Have a high-school diploma
  • Strong sense of responsibility and is self-motivated
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for running errands
