Position Overview
Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administration of marketing functions including clerical tasks and marketing activity. This position will coordinate social media initiatives and community level collateral. He/she will also help ensure the smooth running of the sales and marketing team by processing invoices, responding to incoming inquiries, and fielding requests. This work will be critical for the successful operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long term growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s marketing and branding strategies.
  • Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages.
  • Managing online review sites and responding to posts and comments
  • Processing invoices in Avid accounting system.
  • Create incentive flyers and available offers/marketing materials.
  • Manage and maintain relationship with third party partners such as Zillow, Rent Path etc. to ensure the community listing are posted and handled appropriately.
  • Regularly audit Windward website and community specific websites to ensure brand standards are upheld and updates are made as needed.
  • Supporting internal communication campaigns and contests to effectively distribute key information.
  • Handle marketing requests from the communities and handle replacement needs.
  • Manage relationship with uniform and promotional items vendor.


  • Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Database management, computer skills.
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
