We have an exciting opportunity for a Holiday Marketing Assistant (Temporary) at Cherry Creek Shopping Center….

In this role, you will assist the Marketing team with various marketing-related activities including the coordination and execution of events, collateral management and fulfillment, coordination of center promotions, tenant communication, maintaining content on the center website, execution of social and digital programs and performing administrative duties in support of all department activities.

Your day to day responsibilities will include…

Marketing, Events & Customer Service

  • Events and Promotions – Coordinate details of events and promotions, including, but not limited to, the following areas: collateral, entertainment, merchant participation, digital presence, vendor support and sponsorship activations.
  • In-Center Collateral - Proofread and edit all collateral materials, monitor and track inventory of all collateral materials, manage in-center signage installation and inventory.
  • Corporate-Developed Marketing Initiatives - With the Marketing team, assist in the efficient management and flawless execution of corporate-developed marketing initiatives including collateral orders, collateral management, and production coordination.


  • Social Media – Under the guidance of the Marketing team, assist in content development and administer communications within center social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram. As needed, monitor overall center presence on various digital/social networks and location-based services including Yelp and Trip Advisor.
  • Website – Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive information on the center, tenants and sponsors within the center’s website.

General Administrative Duties

  • Perform clerical duties as necessary, including, but not limited to: responding to tenant and customer inquiries, preparing correspondence and/or reports, maintaining databases, preparing meeting rooms, and other administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have…

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs
  • Proficiency in Instagram and Facebook as advertising platforms
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of marketing, event, digital marketing or advertising agency work experience is preferred
  • High School degree or equivalent is required
