The Crossings, League City’s premier life care community, is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Executive Assistant, Social Media Coordinator. Our senior living offerings include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

As a supportive team member, this position is responsible for developing and advancing the social media strategy for the community, with the goal of generating meaningful leads. The position will also provide administrative support by providing accounting and billing support as well as greeting visitors and directing phone calls, as well as assisting with marketing event coordination. Other administrative duties include preparing reports, coordinating lists for direct mail, and assisting with closing and move-in activities. Lastly, this job will also assist with resident lifestyles and wellness activities.

Hours are typically 8-5, but will include working some early mornings, weekends and evenings for events.

Requirements include:

  • Strong social media skills are required, as a key component of the job will be developing and implementing the organization`s social media marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to coordinates billing activities for the community, including invoicing, updating community fee schedules, receives payments and providing receipts for payment
  • A passion for serving in a role that promotes the well being of seniors and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives is required, along with the ability to provide top notch customer service.
  • Solid phone skills, including the ability to project a friendly, professional, helpful manner are absolutely required.
  • Strong computer skills, including fluency with Word, Excel, and Outlook are also required.
  • Robust administrative and organizational skills are required to multi-task
