Calvin Klein – North America is looking for a top-notch E-commerce Marketing Analyst to join our E-commerce & Digital Analytics team. The right candidate for this position will possess a balance of quantitative reporting and analytical skills alongside a big-picture strategic curiosity. This position will assist a Marketing Analytics Manager in providing fact-based recommendations, guidance, and reporting in the areas of - Marketing Channel Performance (Paid, Organic, + Brand Outbound), campaign measurement, incrementality testing, audience segmentation, and attribution and media mix modeling.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
Assist in the development of digital marketing KPIs and measurement capabilities, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of media programs.
Perform regular campaign analysis, generate insights and assist in recommendations for future campaigns
Design and maintain performance dashboards as well as standard reporting - daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual – for all marketing activities (Digital Marketing, Email, Social Media, Organic Channels, and Offline Media) to enable stakeholders to access key learnings.
Partner with channel owners and management to run analyses and incrementality tests to help identify opportunities across audiences, channels, creative, and more.
Leverage data from site experience tracking tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics) to collect, analyze, and report on customer journeys and interactions, as well as purchase behavior by digital marketing channels.
Support the evolution and adoption of Multi-Touch Attribution and Media Mix Modeling, and ensure best-practices are being leveraged for campaign tracking.
Efficiently generate insights by processing information across multiple data platforms.
Execute day-to-day analytic requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
1-2 years in Analytics or Digital Marketing (retail environment preferred), or relevant school/internship experience.
Desire to learn about and participate in eCommerce analysis
Collaborative personality with the ability to also work independently
Excellent analytical and prioritization skills are required
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) a plus -
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
Solid understanding of the major marketing channels including email, SEO, SEM and affiliates
Experience with database analysis and languages, such as SQL a plus
Experience with BI Platforms, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI a plus
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with other areas of the company, and external vendors.
