The Division of Academic and Career Success (ACS) is currently seeking a Student Marketing Assistant to join their Strategic Communications and Marketing team.

The Marketing Student Assistant for Academic and Career Success will assist the Sr. Marketing Manager with Marketing and Communications.

Duties to include:

  • Develop marketing materials to include graphics, videos, blogs, articles, brochures/flyers and other digital and printed content.
  • Assists in developing and implementing specific marketing and promotional programs, which will advance the division’s mission and goals.
  • Assists in creating social media posts, images and content for social media and website, and further the division’s online presence.
  • Assists in the creation and implementation of social media/marketing calendars relevant to student engagement activities and college events.
  • Increase student awareness of the ACS Division departments, through established campaigns and by proposing marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Measures success of social media posts by providing data and analytics.
  • Assist with departmental events and programming under the ACS Division.
  • Assist with website management for the division and any necessary departments.
  • Other related duties as assigned by manager.
