Responsibilities

Under the broad direction of the Director of Operations and CAO and in collaboration with UCLA Health Marketing and
Communications, you will draft, update and revise the Department of Surgery website content, website graphic design and
format, including assist with creating art for website and social media content as well as assist with social media updates and postings and all internal and external department communications. You will draft, update and revise marketing content as well as Development content for the Department of Surgery. You will also manage marketing/communication for special events and assist with video production when necessary (filming and editing) for education and research projects as prescribed by UCLA Health
Marketing department and Dept leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing/drafting announcements, marketing
communications from division chiefs, managers, directors and Department leadership to ensure content and approach align with department and UCLA Health communication standards. You will work closely with UCLA Health Marketing team to develop Doximity content and participate in campaigns as requested.
