Job Description
The Influencer & Social Marketing Manager executes campaigns for some of our key clients. This individual will work in partnership with internal account teams and external vendors ensuring all initiatives are executed.
This role is focused on delivering influencer and social media expertise to key clients.

  • Create and execute influencer campaign strategies
  • Research, recruit, and negotiate fees, and manage influencers across campaigns
  • Prepare and execute influencer contracts
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on campaign details and performance
  • Review and edit creator content
  • Compile campaign reporting and insights
  • Work directly with and advise client teams on the execution of social media programs
  • Identify and define social media opportunities for clients as they align with their digital marketing goals and strategies
  • Develop project plans, manage and execute specific social media initiatives, programs, campaigns
  • Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise-level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
  • Manage paid social campaigns
  • Stay current with all social media industry developments and best practices and inform the agency of such via presentations, etc…
  • Identify and engage relevant industry influencers for client programs

Bachelor’s degree to equivalent experience in Marketing, PR/Communications, Advertising, or related field

  • Minimum of four years influencer marketing and social media experience
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communications skills to communicate with clients and multiple internal departments
  • Ability to work effectively across different clients and internal teams
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable and up to date on industry trends and FTC guidelines for brand activity
  • Detail-oriented
  • Prior agency experience strongly preferred
  • Self-reliant problem-solver, results-oriented, team player
