Seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and creative thinker to join the SkinCeuticals Global team, managing community management, social media analytics, influencers and advocacy. Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills in order to effectively work cross-functionally with Product Development / Marketing, Creative, Education, and Scientific / Medical Relations to drive alignment of marketing goals and manage various consultants and agencies. In addition to working cross-functionally with the global team, s/he/they will collaborate and communicate with international market directors and various country stakeholders.


ASST MANAGER, COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & ADVOCACY


CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Interact with consumers on the global Instagram account, ensuring that all DMs are and comments and answered in a timely manner, ensuring 100% response rate
  • Support building the SkinCeuticals online community, by identifying relevant consumers and physicians to follow and engage and build relationships with
  • Manage Sprinklr content management system, partnering with the Consumer Care Center

INFLUENCERS AND ADVOCACY

  • Help refine global influencer marketing and advocacy engagement strategy, under advice of social media head
  • Identify relevant influencers/advocates for the DMI or markets to partner with
  • Further develop and deploy global PR strategies and guidelines


COLLABORATION

  • Partner with education to ensure all answers are on brand and correct
  • Share community insights with social content lead to create a seamless loop between customer feedback and content creation
  • Partner with SkinCeuticals markets to ensure comments and DMs are being routed to the appropriate country and are being answered
  • Assist with copywriting and social media toolkit releases to country teams

REPORTING & INSIGHTS

  • Summarize insights and conversations to be shared with digital, marketing and education teams
  • Create social listening report to help teams understand how consumers and physicians are talking about SkinCeuticals
  • Manage social listening requests from Marketing and DMI team to give insight on launches and potential new product trends
  • Identify and manage social KPI’s for Influencer campaigns and track through execution with detailed recaps
