The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to be part of our growing global sales team and partner with our Chief Solutions Officer to build a go-to-market and sales engine that will be the foundation of the next chapter of Rever. That means the role is more than selling a standard solution. That is just part of the job. This role also requires the ability to define and experiment with new types of offerings, packages, and value propositions. It also requires the ability to engage prospects holding various positions in a variety of industries. This role will also be part of the marketing and demand generation team to help grow the demand generation machine.

  • Achieving quarterly bookings targets through landing new logos and expanding key accounts
  • Identifying new qualified prospects and navigating company structures to identify decision makers, influencers, and blockers
  • Creating a business case for Rever in a variety of companies with various operational priorities.
  • Building meaningful relationships with prospects and customers
  • Collaborating with marketing to build compelling sales tools and effective demand generation campaigns
  • Driving the negotiations and contract process, involving the appropriate Rever individuals as needed
  • Partnering with customer success to maximize expansions opportunities at existing customer accounts
  • Monitoring the market, competitors, and potential partners for new opportunities
  • Representing Rever in the highest professional level
  • Learning, leveraging and contributing to our Sales Playbook to create a scalable Rever sales engine

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience and exceeding goals
  • Understanding of the complete sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to call within all levels of an organization, identifying decision makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base as well as targeting potential new logos
  • Success in landing 5 figure accounts and growing them into 7 figure accounts
  • Expertise in selling SaaS solutions
  • [Preferred] Experience in selling within the manufacturing industry
  • [Preferred] Bachelor’s degree
  • Availability to travel as needed (very limited currently)
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
  • Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business
