Job Responsibilities:

• Lead highly creative brainstorming sessions
• Boost online traffic, customer loyalty, and create brand awareness through various online channels and activities.
• Refine online marketing strategy based on industry trends, target market behaviors and in-depth ROI analysis.
• Create & execute a plan to deliver traffic & sales growth along with exceptional user experience.
• Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive lead conversions, sales and profits including: SEM, SEO, PPC, display and banner advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, redirect, email marketing and other related online marketing strategies and tactics.
• Use web analytic applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques.
• Refine online marketing strategy based on industry trends, target market behaviors and in-depth ROI analysis.
• Make recommendations to and work closely with the web development team to enhance and optimize online ecommerce experience, with a focus on driving increased conversion rates.
• Be obsessed with driving down CPA and increasing marketing ROI.
• Manage Google Ad words and PPC campaigns.
• Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing/optimization and the competitive landscape.
• Provide clear and detailed creative briefs, analytics and sales reports.
• Participate in the strategic planning process by contributing growth ideas and develop models to forecast traffic, conversion, revenue, annual growth, etc.
• Analyze e-mail performance and utilize list segmentation, personalization, and content optimization to increase return on investment.
• Analysis of key business metrics; and communication of results to management.
• Plan and launch customer lifecycle campaigns, triggered based emails, A/B testing and seasonal promotions.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Ecommerce marketing
• Experience managing Google Product Listing Ads (PLAs)
• Knowledge of marketplaces and PPC marketing
• A basic understanding of SEO
• Proficiency in Google AdWords & Bing/MSN
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
• Analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
• Be comfortable working in a metrics-based role with monthly goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Familiar with Semrush
