We help people in Southern California quickly recover from pain or injury so they can stay active in their favorite sport/hobby, exercising, and get back to what they love to do.

With our continued growth we are looking for a part-time marketing assistant for a fast growing rehabilitation company in Newport Beach. Your role will be to help us change people`s lives.

Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (For Physical Therapy, Performance Training, Sports Recovery, etc...) - Includes organizing and managing social media channels, preparing and delivering information through those channels that represent the company, deliver an image that helps other people get interested in the company and potentially want to get help from us.

Communication and Sales-Directing questions and responses to the appropriate resources and knowing when to get an office manager or physical therapist involved in order to help our customers. Follow scripts to further enhance the Anderson Sport and Wellness Nurture Process to maximize conversion rates for a potential customer to paying client from both online and offline sources. Promoting our products or specials in order to drive sales.

Marketing Assistant- With help from the lead marketer contribute ideas around social media and marketing strategies while also discussing tactics. Assist with design and creation of marketing materials, assist with planning and executing marketing events and developing awareness (community fairs, workshops, etc)

Performance Improvement- Weekly/monthly metric tracking (followers, likes, shares, etc...) and analysis to drive growth

Required Skills:

Competent with Social Media

Strong organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong social awareness and ability to anticipate unstated client needs

Strong conversational skills through social media platforms

Office Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Google

Job Type: hours are flexible. Availability to help with some filming in the clinic or during our community events is desired.

Experience:

None needed.

Relevant background or education in marketing is desired.
