Position Description

  • The marketing data analyst acts as an advisor to the Marketing team while programs are in development, creating the necessary data capturing processes, collecting the campaign and program data and then conducting analysis on performance.

    • Responsible for monitoring campaign metrics, producing reports, identifying trends and opportunities, devising measurement plans for Marketing strategies, and recommending improvements on various campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end data analytics to improve customer acquisition strategy and explain sales evolution, customer behaviors and products performance

  • Provide state-of-the-art analytics to support relationship marketing (loyalty and long-term customer engagement), acquisition, retention programs

  • Actively participate in strategy sessions to define standardized processes for developing and monitoring programs and campaigns against current benchmarks

  • Consistently conduct reviews of all campaigns and simplify campaign designs for improved performance

  • Create presentations to provide insight into process and measurement results

  • Pull customer and prospect lists to meet the needs of the Marketing and Sales teams

  • Develop and maintain social media measurement/efficacy strategy connected to visits, impressions, engagement, etc.

  • Develop and maintain website and digital measurement/efficacy strategy connected to backlinks, returning visitors, CTR, etc.

  • Lead efforts to collect and analyze social listening programs with in-house and third party platforms

  • Support adhoc requests and projects as requested by the supported organizations and teams.

  • Streamline existing processes and procedures, as necessary

  • Assist with and give direction on routine database maintenance tasks including product upgrades and appending of data to existing database applications used for campaign management processing

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience analyzing customer lifecycles and lead generation

  • Exceptional analytical skill and business acumen

  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com platform

  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation software, Pardot Preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

  • Ability to work effectively in groups with disparate priorities and operational targets

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop productive business relationships with internal & external team members.

CO pay range: $75,000 - $100,00
