Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Services (BGS) Regional Marketing is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist (Level 4) to join the team in Renton, WA. This role will work as part of the selling team to access customer needs and demonstrate the fit and value of product and services to the airline operation. The teams are organized by region. A qualified candidate in this role will be able to identify the customer need for a Boeing Global Commercial Services Solutions and will be able to learn how to effectively present Boeing Global Commercial Services solutions associated value analysis.

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Renton, WA at least 2 days a week.

Position Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy based on Customer needs to capture high value service business for Boeing through the Selling process.
• Develops and executes marketing campaigns in support of an airlines operational needs
• Establishes consultative relationships with key decision makers and influencers to determine customer needs and for long-term interaction on Boeing offers and proposals.
• Helps lead cross-functional technical and marketing teams to develop and present services customer solutions.
• Partners with teammates to lead and participate in the development of account and market strategies.
• Conducts evaluation of the fit and value of the Boeing services solutions for presentation and discussion with airlines, leasing companies and other stakeholders.
• Helps direct the creation of high-quality, persuasive sales materials that build preference for Boeing products and services with customers.
• Interacts with product development process by communicating and evaluating requirements for product changes and new products

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
• 3 or more years of experience in the aviation industry within sales, marketing or a technical function

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor`s degree or higher.
• Experience in a team environment.
• Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.
• Knowledge of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) portfolio

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years` related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years` related work experience, Master+7 years` related work experience, 13 years` related work experience, etc.).
