Job Description:

Sky Castle Studios is currently seeking a Junior Digital Marketer to join the Hero Forge team! The ideal candidate will have experience both designing marketing campaigns and managing a professional social media presence. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing director and other key members of the small Hero Forge marketing team to develop and implement new marketing strategies, monitor trends, and support the company’s promotional efforts as needed. You’ll have a hands-on role in building and maintaining positive relationships with Hero Forge’s fans, affiliates, and other contacts on behalf of the company. This role may from time to time require after-hours and weekend work to assist with monitoring communications and social media, maintaining community relationships, and supporting other key marketing tasks. This position is Full Time with benefits!

Responsibilities:

The Junior Digital Marketer will assist the Hero Forge marketing team by:

• Researching marketing trends and strategies to assist in the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns.
• Developing and maintaining positive influencer, affiliate, and sponsorship relationships.
• Monitoring ad platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and Reddit, and reporting trends to the Director of Marketing and company executives.
• Designing, planning, and creating new marketing content, including written posts for social media and email marketing campaigns as well as graphics, photos, videos, and other creative content.
• Monitoring and managing Hero Forge’s social media accounts, posting content, and engaging with the Hero Forge community to build and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Planning, organizing, scheduling, and attending live and digital promotional events as needed.
• Supporting various other marketing projects and company operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Bachelor`s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field – or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or graphic design, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to concurrently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, work-from-home environment.
• A passion for tabletop roleplaying games!

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe suite, including Photoshop and Premiere.
• Knowledge of essential social media and marketing tools such as MailChimp, Sprout Social, Canva, etc.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
