Our Global Marketing team has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing – Reporting and Optimization Analyst. As part of IDEXX`s global demand generation team, you will analyze various omni channel marketing initiatives /campaigns , interpret data across digital channels, provide insights into campaign performance, compile campaign performance reports, and translate that data into campaign optimization recommendations that will help drive desired outcomes.

To be successful as a Digital Marketing Optimization Analyst, you should have a s trong analytical approach to online customer behavior, campaign measurement, performance evaluation, and optimization. As a member of the Global Strategy, Brand , and Content Marketing team, you will use your fundamental knowledge of integrated digital marketing to liaise between IDEXX groups to ensure a data driven decision marking across the organization for our digital marketing campaigns .

What You Will Do:
Outline campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and forecasts (measurement framework and goal setting) in partnership with digital marketing & demand generation strategists
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), summarize key insights and recommend actions to improve digital marketing performance across all paid campaigns at specified campaign touchpoints
Analyze digital marketing behavior across IDEXX websites, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, learning management, and B2B eCommerce
Compile campaign performance reports and present learnings from the analyses, including actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Conceive and implement A/B testing programs across web properties and digital marketing channels to improve user experience and maximize conversions
Oversee/consult on campaign tracking across social and web properties, including Google Tag Manager strategies and platform script implementation; troubleshoot tracking issues as needed.
Envision and design dashboards in Tableau to help key IDEXX stakeholders understand performance to goal and ROI of multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Streamline online data collection by optimizing the configuration of Google Analytics, including the audit and standardization of UTM parameters.

What You Need to Succeed :
Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. A master`s degreeor equivalent is preferred.
5+ years with digital marketing analytics .
Familiarity with data warehousing and database modeling best practices are preferred.
Proficient in SQL, Tableau features, Data Optimization, and Data Visualization.
A fundamental understanding of integrated digital marketing programs and technologies across web, social, display, email,and programmatic platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices and paid search strategies to drive conversions and optimizations.
Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google “Suite” including Google Analytics, Google Ads ( including knowledge of GA4 and cookie-less tracking), Google Optimize, Google Lighthouse, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Google Data Studio , HotJar, Sprinklr and MozPro.
Google Analytics Certified .
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, advanced presentation skills; ability to present and explain information to all audiences.
