The Role: Head of Social Media

The Location: VA – Virtual, NY - Virtual

We are looking for a Head of Social Media to oversee social media strategy and execution for the Enterprise Marketing and Communications team.

Responsibilities:
Plan, design, implement and monitor social media approach.

Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.

Monitor social media for key topic areas and potential areas of concern for the brand reputation.

Engage users as appropriate.

Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.

Create social plans that will boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.

Design, implement and manage social strategy integrated into the company’s enterprise marketing and communications plans.

Hire and supervise talented social media specialists around the world.

Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.

Support key corporate initiatives and divisional priorities, including events, sponsorships, and advertising campaigns with social strategy and on-the-ground staffing.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years running social media for a financial services company.
Experience supervising others and developing their capabilities.
Knowledge of social platforms, social monitoring tools, and social amplification technology.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $97,000 to $201,800. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
