SUMMARY:
Heritage Auctions is a Dallas-based business that seeks to leverage its content-rich offerings across social media platforms. It`s social media operation involves core brand pages and numerous coordinated affinity pages targeted to subsets of Heritage`s client base. As Social Media Director for Heritage Auctions, the candidate will work in cooperation with marketing and communications teams in order to develop and implement strategy to grow Heritage`s brand through social media platforms and engagement. The Social Media Director is an entrepreneurial position that reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and is engaged across Heritage`s operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying target customers, orchestrating influencer alliances,
Build effective content strategies to engage audiences to the core brand page and affinity page audiences
Increase traffic and boost engagement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Must have a proven track record of developing and implementing creative content that drives engagement
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a commitment to developing long-term relationships within and outside Employer’s operations and a proven record of innovating creative development and engagement within the social media space.
Knowledge of affinity groups, collecting, and popular culture are a tremendous benefit to the position.
Excellent writing skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
