You will be tasked with the responsibility to oversees the company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Their responsibilities will include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods. You will deliver the strategy to not only grow our brand but grow our fan base as well and the way in which we distribute our content. This role does require travel.
Evaluate and develop our marketing strategy and marketing plan while overseeing our group of advertising partners.
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts.
Research demand for our products and services along with competitor research.
Work with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing sponsorship satisfaction.
Identify potential sponsors and developing promotions with advertising partners.
Understand and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Building brand awareness and positioning of our athletes and our product
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Craft strategies for all Marketing team partners, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
Continuously identifies ways to innovate content creation & distribution, including new channels, formats or executions, content partnerships, and emerging market opportunities ( discord channels, TV production, etc.)
Develop and create strategies with a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, technology trends, and identification and assessment of significant growth opportunities, in order to translate these trends into business opportunities and actions.
Identify and pursue incremental growth opportunities (new markets, new channels, regional opportunities, etc.).
Develop consistent approaches to project proposals, market models, metrics (ROIs, NPVs), and market assumptions to enable strategic discussions and informed decisions.
