This position will serve as a key contributor to the Strategy, Analytics and Research team, providing relevant and actionable insights to advocate across local television and digital video platforms. In addition, the position will support the efforts of the TV Insights & Analytics team and the TV Content Strategy Team. Responsibility would include business development, data analysis, local market insights and more.
Create dynamic and compelling presentations highlighting the power of local television and/or digital video
Educate and inform internally (sales teams) and externally (clients & advertisers) on the progression of video
Work closely with the Katz Political team on positioning the benefits of buying local video
Execute data reports and analyze results using all research tools available
Ability to quickly communicate timelines, prioritize, maintain focus, and deliver results in a timely manner when faced with numerous urgent tasks
Develop compelling insights and communicate the results via marketing platforms internally, externally and on social media
Engage with clients, responding to requests and providing consultation to develop strong strategic representation
Interpret proprietary panel research and aid in the design of questionnaires for primary research
Participate in special projects and perform all duties as assigned
4+ years of relevant experience; preferably in the television industry
Must have a working knowledge of Nielsen and Comscore local TV measurements
Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills as required to simplify complex data analytics for internal and external clients
Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the desire to interface with key clients and stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and able to create narratives with data
Ability to understand, interpret and communicate insights using quantitative and qualitative data
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with Scarborough, MRI Simmons, Kantar, and Mintel a plus
Experience with online software is a plus (i.e., Genially, Infogram, Vengage)
Knowledge of online marketing platforms is a plus (i.e., HubSpot)
