Currently we need to add a Marketing Assistant to our marketing department at our corporate headquarters located in Albuquerque. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys working in a fast paced, friendly and professional team environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager(s), the Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers, markets, competitors, and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions, as well as managing various marketing functions.

Responsibilities

Provide weekly & monthly analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data using Microsoft Excel
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Conduct social media outreach
Build a marketing dashboard that visualizes key performance indicators
Monitor customer reviews and compile reports
Monitor and regularly update company website
Monitor and track competitive advertisements, PR, and website messaging
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager(s)

Requirements

Highly Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of marketing, sales and business process
Strong project management, business writing, and reporting skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, including business intelligence and reporting software
Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
