Job summary
Ring`s Customer Service team is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to support the ongoing development and employee experience strategy by leveraging employee insights and driving our mission forward as we Strive to be Earth`s Best Employer. This individual will have a passion for building scalable programs for front-line associates and leaders. Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive key programs through continual innovation and transformation.

The Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and driving a strategy reporting on the Voice of the Employee (VoE) that identifies key deficiencies in the employee experience, then owns resulting strategies that further enable Ring culture and talent growth. This position will enhance and facilitate the myriad of ways employees connect and engage with one another. In this role you will have the autonomy to pilot new ideas and be accountable for creating and implementing measurable engagement programs. You will deliver scalable solutions and mechanisms to improve the employee experience at Ring.

Key job responsibilities
  • Design and implement an employee engagement strategy that cultivates a positive, open and innovative culture
  • Coordinate and manage employee-focused meetings and events
  • Establish standardized procedures, track outcomes and identify areas of opportunity for future events/activities
  • Promote culture initiatives and volunteerism
  • Partner with all departments and levels to ensure we’re creating the right experiences for employees at every step of their journey
  • Leverage internal and external data to provide deep analysis and insight
  • Earn trust with key stakeholders across Operations, HR and Communications by diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutions
