We`re hiring a new Marketing Coordinator for our multi-office medical practice. This person would oversee and be actively involved in our marketing efforts using print and social media as well coordinate our face-to-face presentations for our CT based practices. Your work will be centered out of our main office with a weekly travel to our other locations and will require some time working in the early evening 3 X per month.
So what exactly does this person do?
Our Marketing Coordinator work leads from online and offline sources. You are responsible for converting leads from advertisements in print and social media sources. We handle the social media advertisements in house to make it super easy! Your job includes easy conversations on the phone with people who respond to the ads placed in various venues and register them for our educational workshop events. This is where the personality traits above come into play…
Here`s the deal though…
This is a marketing job, but we don`t treat our patients as though they`re numbers. You will have some defined metrics and goals that will be rewarded w additional bonus pay, but when we speak to workshop registrants or past or current patients, we really try to treat them from a concerned perspective, like how you would treat friends or family! So we need someone who is just a real person.
We will interview and consider both new grads and those with experience.
